Webp Express not altered img tag

Hi,

I have the 'WebP Express' plugin and I have activated the option to alter the 'img' tags to replace them with the 'picture' tag.

This functionality has been working correctly in previous themes, but activating the generateexpress theme stops replacing that tag.

I am modifying the design of the 'home' by adding sections to it:

And in this new 'home' part of the sections this replacement if it is done. (It can be seen in the 'Last analysis' section in thumb images).

I don't know what may be happening ...

Hi there,

Have you tried clearing WP rocket cache?

GP doesn't do anything to the actual HTML input so I'm not sure why the plugin isn't working.

Just to make sure the plugin is working correctly, can you try using it with a twenty series WP theme?

Cloudflare cache and wp rocket clean and same problem. Does not change the img tag

Does it work if you don't use Sections?

Same problems in the 'home' (without sections).

Last test, if you temporarily activate a default WordPress twenty series theme, does it work?
