Hi!
In https://generatepress.com/site-library/ I have seen a button, "Watch the Video", that opens the youtube video over the content.
I'm looking for a button like that, that opens a youtube video above, without loading scripts, but I can't find it.

that was custom developed specifically for GeneratePress site, its not something we can provide an immediate solution to.
However it uses this technology if you want to implement this yourself:
