want to undo a theme change

I was playing around and installed the "Aspire" GP theme from the Site Library, but now don't know how to reverse that decision and return to the "regular" version I prefer. My site seems to be stuck on "Aspire."
In fact, "Aspire," seems to have taken over my content altogether—when I tried just switching to another theme and switching back to GP, "Aspire" appears in place of my content. Eek.

Update:
I just did a restore from a back-up and found my way back to my regular ol' site, sans my latest post, sadly. I don't know what happened, though, so if you can shed any light on what I ran into, that'd be great. Thanks so much.
