Want to shorten breadcrumbs path

Hello Support Team,
Hope you guys are doing well. I am using breadcrumbs using Hook and Yoast plugin. Currently, it shows like this... Home/Category/Post Title
I want to like this Home/Category/ no post title. Please let me know how can I do this?
