I want to display posts in the same way as of this website (link in Private message). Please kindly check mobile as well as PC ways and help me for this.
and
Is it also possible to display the grid in the same way?
Hi Rohith,
To clarify, are you pertaining to this part of the site? https://share.getcloudapp.com/GGuWWWQp
If so, it should be possible. In fact, one of the site library templates has the same layout.
Check Dispatch - https://gpsites.co/dispatch/
You can import this site library template and start from there.
I am using dispatch but I want to look my grids similar to that in the website
Can you specify which parts do you want to change?
Did you mean this part? - https://share.getcloudapp.com/E0uAAje7
If so, you'll need custom CSS for this. Let us know if this is the case so we can help w/ the CSS writeup.
I need two modifications
1. https://share.getcloudapp.com/E0uAAje7
2. https://share.getcloudapp.com/GGuWWWQp (I want the grids in the same size)
For #1:
You can reuse the setting used in this post list - https://share.getcloudapp.com/o0uee74b
But if you must replicate the "separate container" effect, you must remove the background color of the theme's content.
For #2:
Dispatch's grid actually has the same proportion. But the grids are not of the same width. Dispatch has 1170px by 500px, The reference site has 1140px by 500px.
For the meta positioning, if you want to place things above the title, need to manually hook it in using wpsp_before_title. Or if you want it somewhere else, try these hooks. - https://wpshowposts.com/support/topic/bbpress-metadata-and-dates-in-wpshowposts/#post-28854
So, is it not possible to add grids in the same way?
Hi there,
your site is displaying the Themes post loop ( not the WP Show Posts list that Dispatch was built with ).
So instead you would use a Block Element - Content Template - this article with video explains how they work:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-content-template/
And within the settings under Templates there is one titled: Landscape which will create that layout.
Hey, I have followed the guide and did in the same way! (Links in Private message)
Start again - the doc and video was to give you the knowledge of how they work - then i said:
And within the settings under Templates there is one titled: Landscape which will create that layout.
So delete the template, and just select the Landscape template provided.
Hey you are mistaken, I want to achieve the Magazine grid of this website.
The magazine grid of that site is virtually identical the Dispatch site you originally imported.
But you didn't want that as per your other topic here:
https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/i-want-the-grids-exactly-in-this-way/page/2/
So i am not sure what you want - we can only help with so much custom development work and its not going to happen if you change your mind as to what you want.
Hey cool! Let’s continue this topic to avoid confusion

After this, I will open a new one about this
