They've pulled different value for different posts.

Did they use any plugin to do this?

Hi there,

Unfortunately that site has a caching plugin activated so I can't tell if they are using a plugin or not.

I'm not sure if those numbers are pulled automatically either. Might be something they update manually.

I'm not aware of one unfortunately.

Maybe try Googling "Counter plugin WordPress"?
