Hello,

I have downloaded the volume starter template
am trying to improve my primary navigation menu

see linked image, volume template single post ( with hero image ) menu typography is hard to read
compared to the generatepress website menu

how can I improve the readability of the menu

please let me know,

Hope you see what I mean, how can I improve the menu typography
in the volume theme, compared to generatepress website, its much harder to read

So Volume uses a Header Element to merge the Content with the Title:

You will find it in Appearance > Elements titled: Single Post Merged Header

If you edit that, and check the Navigation Background you can give it a darker background color
