    Hi,

    I am creating a new site using the latest version of the GP theme and GP Premium plugin. For the ease of the client I have the ‘Classic Editor’ plugin installed too. At present, no other plugins are activated. However, I notice that the ‘Visual’ tab within Sections no longer seems to work? Also, hitting the Visual tab adds the following code into the section’s content?
    <span style="display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;" data-mce-type="bookmark" class="mce_SELRES_start"></span>

    To see if this was site-specific I updated the WP, the GP theme and premium plugin one at a time on another of my sites. After updating GP and plugin I now see the same thing in the older site, all be it intermittently?

    Can you tell me if this is a bug in the latest version of GP?

    On further investigation, I noticed that the default ‘Tab’ setting for pages not using Sections was the ‘Text’. I changed and saved this as ‘Visual’. I now see Sections as ‘Visual’ on entry. However, if you hit the Section’s Text tab and then ‘Visual’ again it remains on Text with the additional code (as before)?

    Hmm I thought we had this issue all fixed up before.

    I’m not able to replicate it on my end. Can you take a look at the screen capture and let me know if I’m missing something?

    Hi Leo, that is exactly where the issue is. I am unable to toggle between Visual and Text. It gets stuck on Text. I can let you have a login. I have also taken screenshot mp4.

    Do you have another browser/computer to test?

    Make sure to use incognito mode so we can eliminate any browser extension conflicts.

    Hi Leo,
    I’m now thinking it maybe a GP/Firefox thing. I don’t see the issue in Opera or Chrome but do in Firefox (which is my default browser). Tried turning Firefox back their vanilla settings but still seeing it?
    I’d be interested to know what browser you used. Have left the login live in case you wanted to test further?

    I can confirm that it’s a bug with Firefox.

    Can you try using Chrome for now?
