Manuela
Hi,
I’m very new to this. I just imported Vinyasa and when I want to customize my site (Appearance – Customize), it appears the same as before importing Vinyasa.
Is it something am I missing?
Thanks

Hello,
Thanks for your reply! I have put the info in the form.
I want my site to look like the Vinyasa demo, however I don’t know where to start. Also, I received a 400 error when I installed Vinyasa and I’m not sure everything is ok with that.
Is this how my site should look after installing Vinyasa? What are the next steps I need to take?
Thank you,

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
the 400 error would be a problem.
Can you make sure there are no server caches or CDN enabled and then retry the import. If theres still an issue can you confirm what Host you’re on.

Hi David,
Thank you for being so prompt!
There are no server caches and no CDN. The hosting is from namecheap.
The first time I installed the Demo site I didn’t got an error. Then I deactivated and tried other demo sites and the 400 error appeared.
Please, take a look at the site to see how it looks.
Looking forward to hearing from you,

StaffCustomer SupportI think you will need reach out to Namecheap to confirm a couple of things.

Hi Leo,
Thank you for your message! I talked to the support from namecheap and I sent them the link above. They said they can’t disable the cache system, not even temporarily. But they said the following:
“Unfortunately, it would be required to request a CSV files for the theme in order to import them manually.”
Could you send the CSV files?
Also, my site now looks different than before starting the chat with the support from namecheap. It looks different but still wrong. It’s like the Vinyasa template appears but it’s a mess.
Looking forward to hearing from you,

Hey David,
Thank you for your help. I just wanted to let you know that I changed hosting because of all the complications with the demo site.
My new hosting says they don’t have a cache system in place, therefore the import of a demo site should work for my site. If I encounter difficulties, I will write back.
Kind regards,
