Vimeo Video in Hero Header Section

I have tried everything to make this work?
I read all the support posts in this forum
I even added Simple Css to see if that was the problem
Nothing will show up!
Is there an easy way to add a video to the header? Why is it so difficult?

Im really over it, I just took the header section out. I cant invest anymore time into this.
