Video playing on opening Hero, with content on top

I know this question has been asked in several ways on the forum. But nothing has worked for me till now.
As I premium buyer, I expected a way I could email or ask in a more personal way for support.
I need a video playing in the background, with navigation and content from Gutenberg page builder flowing over top.
An example page is alpctc.com. This is used with a different theme. But I want the same working withing GeneratePress.
Have tried instructions from this page https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-hero-background-video/, but its not working. I have an mp4 video uploaded, css adjusted, but video playing wrong, and content unreadable.
I only want a few elements (Logo and 2 lines of text) over the video, the rest of the content should be under the video when scrolling.

I think there is a bit of misunderstanding here.
Doesn't look like the background video is uploaded through a header element?

The HTML part should go in the page hero content.
Can you make sure that's done first and we can have another look?

Finally got it working. But not without the help of this site: https://lyrwp.com/hero-header-generatepress/
With these instructions together with the instructions from your page, I was able to get it working.
So maybe would be helpful for some to create slightly more clear instructions.
And when using this theme, do not forget to Disable Elements in the bottom of the editor, to avoid overlap of things you might not want.
