Video Header to Post now showing

The video header is not showing on a post. I have added an Element (Header) for the website posts and they work properly. I added the display that points to the page and nothing. It's just this one post the video won't show.
Any assistance is welcomed.

How is the video bg being added to the site header ? Are you using a Hook Element or a function ?
I'm using a header element (Podcast Header) for the Posts. It works well, this one post is not?
For the "pages", there is a built-in (plugin) to add the header video only on pages not posts.
Just to be clear, we are taking about the video background that appears behind the site header?
If so - does the plugin allow you select other Post Types?
Yes, the American flag is the video. No, the plugin does not allow for post type hence the reason I created the Element header for the other posts on the website which works fine. I can identify the Display for the Marketplace post in the Element but will not show on the post page for this particular post.
