Validation license key = Fatal error

Hello,
I bought GP Premium and when I place the license key and click on validate, error message:

Once thats done if the error persists, check with your Host to make sure the they can connect with generatepress.com

Can you ask your host to provide you with the IP of the server making the request? We can make sure it's not blocked on our end, either.

I just spoke with our hosting and they informed me that nothing is blocked on their end from the above addresses.
Ok so I guess the problem is somewhere else. Would you like access to verify the problem ?
What do you propose ?
Always difficult when both hosting providers say it's not them.
Can your host provide a traceroute using cURL to ping our generatepress.com domain?
I ask him and I come back to you.
Can't the problem come from elsewhere?
The problem is one of two things:
1. Your server is blocking outgoing requests to generatepress.com
2. Our server is blocking incoming requests from your server IP
A traceroute will tell us more about what's happening.
