Using toolset Layouts and GP Premium - how to suppress heading

I have a specific Post Type (Listings) created in Toolset, with a specific Layout created in Toolset Layouts. I have GP Premium and have enabled "Disable Elements". How do I eliminate the headings and footers from this specific Layouts display?
My test site is behind a firewall and not publically visible.
I was able to achieve success by enabling Elements and then (1) creating a new site header that applied to the entire site, and (2) creating a page header that specifically applied only to the Listing Post Type.
