Using Site Library Using Multiple Template?

For example, can i use "Construction" template but then use "Realtor" on one of the pages? I'm building a small business directory of local construction companies, and want to add a few real estate agent pages.
It looks like the only way possible is to use the Construction template and then just modify a page so its more Realtor looking.

It's not possible to use import multiple templates on a single site, unfortunately.
Which page from Realtor are you hoping to add?
I can copy the HTML structure for you to paste it into the editor if that works.
Thanks for the reply. I think thats what i will do is copy the HTML of the page and then paste.
