I’d like to append a URL parameter value to the end of my menu links. I’ve built a slideout menu, which I have working properly. I have it linking to the right pages.

The one piece I need help with is how to append a parameter value to the end of the custom links I’ve added to the Menu.

I use the Get Params plugin elsewhere in the theme and it works properly. However, adding the shortcode to the custom link doesn’t seem to work in the Menu screen.

One other Menu related question. Is it possible to add an icon to the menu items?

How are these parameters chosen? Dynamically through a plugin, or can you just manually add them to the URL?

A plugin like “Menu Icons” should help when it comes to adding icons to the menu items.
