Using navigations as a header but the nav moves when scrolling

Only new here and getting used to GP and hope someone can help?

I followed the instructions here to use Nav as a header, https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-logo/

Checked your site using Chrome and Firefox but not seeing the problem.

Not sure what happened but it looks like it is fixed. One quick question, why would it be changing transparency as I scroll?

Hi there,

you have a transparent color set in the Customizer > Colors > Primary Navigation.
