When using the elements in the Appearance section, do I need to use the exclude function if I specify where the element should display? GeneratePress 2.2.2GP Premium 1.7.7 February 20, 2019 at 9:46 am #815777 DavidStaff Customer Support Hi there, its not mandatory to use the Exclude rule. Only where you wish to do so or where a conflict is created. For example: Header Element #1 set to Display on Posts > All Posts. Header Element #2 set to Display on Post > A Single post You would need to exclude the post set in Header Element #2 from Header Element #1. I thought that function was to exclude the code from loading in other sections of the site. I get it now. Thanks. You could use it to just exclude a hook or header or layout from a particular post, page etc. Documentation: http://docs.generatepress.com/ Adding CSS: http://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-css/ February 21, 2019 at 2:21 am #816302 epickenyan Good to know.
