Use themes from the Sites library

Hello Support Team, I would like to use Themes from the Sites library, for example the Theme "Blogg". If I click on Details under Theme, I see the button "Install". Where can I find this after installation? I can also export and import the json file, but how wieter? How do I integrate this into my website?

the Sites are imported automatically, you just need to follow the steps in the library.
