use the same element (content template ) for different pages

Hi GP,
Me again...:P
I have created a blog post archive called 'blog post archive 2' content template using elements, but would like the same to appear on a different page e.g.
if i create the following pages...technology, fashion and trends, parenting etc...i would like for each post that i write for each category to appear in the same layout as i have it on my blog page with the content template i created. how is that applied across different pages? is it possible?
please use temp login if needed....
thanks in advance. :)
Hi there,
Edit your Content Template and in the Display Rules and another location and select ALL Archives.
Now your category archives will use that template as well.
hi David,
thank you.
what about if i wanted the same template to apply to pages instead of categories.
I would like to style the title of the page like i have for my about me page and blog and contact, but with categories, the title appears but i am unable to style it the same way as my other pages, if that makes sense.

I'm not sure that I understand your question. That 'blog post archive 2' content template element works for archive pages, but pages don't have archive pages, so I don't think it will work well, you can try to add pages in the display rule, you'll see what I mean.

You can create a page hero for pages, just like the page hero you created for Blog, but using a dynamic title instead of using a static title (blog).
Let me know if I miss anything :)

You are welcome :)
