Use custom home page + site from library for the blog

Hello,
I'd like to use "Marketer" or "Broadcast" site from the library, but at (for example) /blog, and keep homepage for content built in the visual builder.
Is something like this easy to achieve, and if yes - how?

Hi there,
create a new page titled Blog, and a new page for your Home.
Then in Dashboard > Settings > Reading you can set your new home page, and set your Blog page to show your latest posts
