    Hello,

I know I can use generate blocks to use create custom layouts for headers, hooks etc but I find using the Gutenberg editor so user unfriendly I’d prefer to stick with Beaver Builder. BB only allows post types for Pages and Posts. Is there a way to add it to GP elements?

I guess my workaround would be to use BB pro and just create global rows can I can place where I want them but Elements is the tool I’d prefer to use.

    Thanks!

    Hi Brad,

I believe the workaroud solution would be to create the content with BB and output using shortcode and hook elements:

Ahh.. Okay that would work – I just had to check execute Shortcodes!

Many Thanks Leo. Hello from the Comox Valley.

Hi again – for some reson the BB saved row is loosing formatting.. Here you can see where the saved row is inserted at the top of hte page but the Element hook drops some of the formatting

I don’t have any caching running. And it works if it’s just a regular page with no existing BB blocks.

I could just manually insert the rows as globals but hooks are more fun.

    Thanks

Have you checked with BB’s support team and see if they can comment?

I’ll also mention that the content you are trying to create is super easy with Gutenberg and GenerateBlocks πŸ™‚
