Upgrade 1.7.3

On my local test system, wamp php 7.0.10, WP 4.9.8, the 1.7.3. upgrade fails:

Bijwerken mislukt: Kan bestand niet kopiëren gp-premium/library/customizer/controls/class-refresh-button-control.php

I can uninstall 1.7.2. and install the 1.7.3 zip file. i suppose all 1.7.2 settings are gone ?

Your settings won't be gone if you uninstall/install either :)

Tom is actually referring to the "Could not copy file" section :)
