Updating PHP version

Hello,

I just discovered that the company that is hosting jockosbeach.com is using a very old version of php, one that Sucuri Site Check identifies as vulnerable. The company is willing to update the php version. Can you let me know what versions of php have been tested as compatible with your theme and premium plugin? And also if there is anything else I should know before asking the hosting company to make the php update.
