Unwanted space below navigation on update

Hi, I just updated both the theme and GP Premium and I have a white space below my navigation that was previously not there. Any ideas how to remove it? I've tried adjusting padding in the customize section without success.

Try setting the top content padding to 0 with mobile toggle on:

That should solve the issues on all pages except the front page:

On the front page, there is also an empty paragraph before the first block that's causing the extra space:

Remove that should fix the extra space.
