Unique Menus for All but home page

Team,
I set up a header for my front page and another for all other pages, working great. However, I'd like the other pages to have their own menu as I am using anchor-based navigation on my front page.
Penny for your thoughts? I know there are a number of plugins available but I do my best to limit the number of plugins I apply to my WP site for performance sake.

A plugin like this is your best bet:

There is nothing built-in in Wordpress or GP for this.
