Unicoded Emojis are displaying as ?

I have disabled WP core emoticons in the Settings page. I am trying to use Unicode emojis. But after publishing the posts, it is displaying it as question mark ?.
How do I solve this problem? Thanks!

Do you get the same issue if you activate a twenty series WP theme to test?

Just tested, it is not displaying :)
In that case, I would check with WordPress support team to see what you are missing.
