Under Construction problem

I can't disable Under Construction mode. I turn it off and Save Changes, but when I go into incognito browser Under Construction is still on.

GP doesn't have an under construction mode built in.
I'd recommend making sure all caching is cleared after making the change.
If not then please check with the plugin support.
