Unauthorized Use of Premium Plugin

Unfortunately my partner in crime took off with our website and locked me out. I used my GP Premium plugin to design that site and do not want her using my serial number. If she wants to continue using it she'll have to purchase it.
Is there a way you can disable/reset the plugin on that site? She even changed servers. There are 3 urls.
