Unable to SiteLibrary

Hi, i need to get into my wordpress panel to site library module, but the site is not found. I´ve called my hosting provider which advice me to disable modsecurity for my domain. But the trouble is there yet.
Could be any chance to get theme premium since a ftp or url direction to upload into my website?.
