Unable to see section to change copyright message in Footer Layout settings

I have checked the support forums and help articles and am following the guides as to where this setting should be, but I'm not seeing it. I don't have any settings below the Footer Padding setting. I'm on the latest version of GP Premium and WordPress. I am using the Health template from the site library. Any help on locating this setting would be appreciated!
Hi Jesse,
Go to appearance > GeneratePress, activate the copyright module.
Then you should be able to change the info at customizer > layout > footer.
