When I install, the following error message. “Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2016/04. Is its parent directory writable by the server?” Any idea what should I do to resolve it? Thank you. April 26, 2016 at 10:33 pm #189676 TomLead Developer Lead Developer Hi there, This is a server error which is usually due to permissions. You’ll want to ask your hosting/server to make sure WordPress has permission to add/remove/change files on your server. April 26, 2016 at 10:38 pm #189678 Siong Boon Lim Thanks Tom for your advise. I will check this with my hosting. April 26, 2016 at 10:42 pm #189682 TomLead Developer Lead Developer No problem – hopefully they’re able to resolve it for you.
