Unable to install latest GP Premium 1.7.8

Hi Support,
I am unable to install the latest premium theme getting the following error:
"The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet."
Please advise

I installed the simple css and still get this message

Simple CSS is a plugin and not a theme.
