Unable to install GP Premium "Missing CSS Style Sheet" error

Hi,

Just signed up for GP Premium, downloaded the zip and upon installation it fails with the error message "Missing CSS Style sheet". I don't see a css style sheet in the installation folder.

I'm on a Mac on a brand new Bluehost site. The only plugins I've installed already are ElementorPro, SmartSlider 3 Pro, Yellow Pencil Pro.

Please advise,
