Unable to Edit or customise site using GeneratePress - Cannot see menue Preview

Hello, I hope you are all well;
I am hoping ypu can please help me with a problem I am experiancing, I am unable to customise my site using the GP Theme, whe I open the customise I just get a blank screen, please see image; 
creen.
I ahve done the usual, checked the version, tried turning off plugins, cleared casch etc.
I have also spoken to my hosting provider to query memory, they have check the system and can see my probelm but have confirmed there is no problem with the alloted resourses. I would appreciate your help, thank you

what is the PHP version and the PHP Memory limit on your server?

I have just noticed in the tab it appears to be stuck, tries to load but seems stuck, please see image.

Hello, Thank you for getting back to me,
PHP version is 7.4
Memory Limit 4096M
I have also increased the ram on my server (which as mentioned the hosting provider has said that it is definately not the memory as there is no load on the system when you try and view the customise menue?

You have WP_DEBUG enabled on the site - can you switch that off?
Hello,I do not know what that does but as request I have found it and entered "False" which I think is what you wanted (fingers crossed!)
Its still opening the error page when i visit the customizer. That should be generating an error in the server logs - can the host check ? As i can't see any front end errors.
How do I send you the file?
Looks like all the errors in the log are pointing to Yoast premium.
Can you quickly test if the customizer works correctly in a 2021 default theme?
Hello I used the 2020 thenme, same problem, customizer does not open.
I have deleted the Yoast premium plugin, still does not open the customizer?
Also tried 2021 theme, same problem.
