Unable to Duplicate blocks and objects anymore

Sorry to complain guys,

Sometime in the past few updates GP has done something to the duplicate function? If I try to duplicate a Heading or Paragraph, a button or anything else for that matter, instead of a duplicate appearing I am confronted with a choice to Copy Styles or Paste Styles? If I copy styles, nothing happens. If I Copy Styles and then Paste Styles nothing happens? It works if I create a similar block and then paste to it, but what if i just want to duplicate something?

Not quite sure why the duplication process has been made complicated and dysfunctional, when it really didn't need to be changed at all? It worked just fine before! The feature to copy styles is cool, but we have lost the ability to duplicate, which not so cool.

Is this something that can be explained or maybe fixed in the next update?

Again, sorry for the feedback, its very unusual to have a gripe with GP, but this one has me stumped!
