Unable to drag widget elements in sidebar

Hi,
I'm unable to drag the widgets in the right sidebar, or any area. Order is set. Tried in Chrome and Firefox. No luck. Am I missing something? I'm using 2.3.2 and 1.8.3.

Hi there,
in the Appearance > Widgets - do you have Accessibility mode enabled? Top right hand corner option to enable or disable.
