Hello,

I am trying to update an image on my 404 page for some reason, it won't let me update the URL for the image and it is giving me this error:

Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.

How can I change the image?

Hi there,

The theme itself shouldn't have anything to do with this.

What image are you trying to change and how are you changing it?

I changed the location of the image file name. I entered the new url and it won't update in the GP theme.

This is the old URL:
/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/404-error-1.jpg

this is the new URL

/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/404-error.jpg

Sounds like it might be a caching issue?

How are you adding an image to the 404 page?

I tried clearing cache and restarting php engine multiple times. It did nothing.

side note... this was working before.

GP doesn't have any ability to interfere with things like this.

How are you adding that image?

Have you checked with your host?
