Have you tried uploading your own logo as the navigation logo as the article above instructed?
Make sure to clear your caching plugin after as well.

no. I have added my logo in cpanel. I’ve replaced default logo and added mine.

So is your logo showing in Customize > Layout > Primary Navigation > Navigation Logo?
Ya. Its working. But logo is too small.
Try increasing the menu item height:
