Unable to add ant theme from the site library

Have tried to add a couple of themes to more than one site but only get the plugins and the spinner waiting for the theme to be added (waited overnight) without any luck. Have also used different servers.

Was the import done on a fresh install?
If not can you make sure all other plugins are disabled except GP Premium?
