"Un-collapse" slideout menu

Hi there,

Have you tried creating a new menu without child items and assign it to the slideout navigation?

Or am I missing something here?

I want the child items :-) And I want them un-collapsed.

I have a site (the online version of a book) with 4 levels of child items. If a user browses through the pages, the user always has to expand all 4 levels to see the next site. I would like to show all pages (parent and child page) in the slideout menu - without the need of expanding the sub-menus.
