Typography - Difference between local site and online site.

Good morning everyone.
I have moved the local test site to the online production site.
I'm wondering how come I don't have the same setup?
In the appearance/customize area in the typography section, I find in the local version the new version, vice versa in the online one the old version.
Same theme, setting .... is a physical copy with the difference of the domain name only.

If you go to Customizer > General you can enable the Dynamic Typography option.
