Two-Up Grid Cell/Section?

Is there a way to create a grid that looks something like the attached image? Row one is full width. Row two is 2/3, 1/3 and the 1/3 part of row two is split into upper and lower halves.

GP and GB are two separate products. The quality of the support received on that forum should be no difference though.
