It's on Appearance > GeneratePress. This option appears when you've successfully installed the premium plugin. :D

Your site doesn't seem to have one as I don't see any indicator on the page source. But I can't be sure unless I check the back-end.

Note: Child themes are not exactly necessary. You don't have to get one if the current tools are adequate. :)
