Two header while loading the site

Can you try clear and disabling WP Rocket plugin first?

I have disabled wp-rocket and it seems that now two headers are not showing.

I did not face this issue with my previous theme. Three days before I have migrated the theme and since then I am facing this issue.

wp-rocket is a good caching plugin, I can disable it permanently. Please provide me a solution.

Is there a setting in WP Rocket that is making the CSS load in the footer?

Might need to check with their support if you aren't sure.

I spoke with them. They dont have any option making the CSS load in the footer.
