Is it possible to have two blogs (post pages) on one site?

Okay, I watched a video on YouTube which explains how the illusion of two separate blogs can be created by using categories. I will try it sometime if I need it.

That's just using the categories archive feature which will certainly work too!

WP Show Posts allow you to add posts in static/non-archive pages/posts.

Let me know if you need more info :)

Would you please explain this to me, Leo? I don't know what you mean.

Usually the posts are only shown on automatically generated pages like blog/archive.

WPSP allows you to add posts anywhere. Take a look at the section before the footer widgets here:

I see what it can do but I don't see how this will help me to create a second blog.

What exactly do you want in the second blog?

I assume it wouldn't be the same as the first blog?

The first blog will contain things I write myself; the second blog will contain interesting quotes that I find in books and articles that I am reading.

I would say use the main blog page for this.

the second blog will contain interesting quotes that I find in books and articles that I am reading.

Give these a specific category or tags then you can just use the tags/category pages auto generated from WordPress.
