TWEAKS & OVERRIDES making logo too small

For some reason there is a file with this line of code overriding my logo size:

max-width:140px;
}
Where is this code coming from? I can't find the file to edit to get rid of this?
Also, I have GP Premium but I did install the free version prior to installing the premium plugin. Could that be an issue?
