Transparent Menu underneath page elements?

Hey folks,
Running into a weird issue where I have a transparent menu setup through elements, but some elements on my page are 'above' the menu, and some are below. Here's a quick screenshot showing what I mean: https://imgur.com/a/qbfo0Wl
Is there a way to set the menu to be the highest layer?

The sticky navigation is already at a very high z-index value which is why it's on top of most of the elements:

I would recommend checking with Beaver Builders support to see how to make that specific element lower index value so it's below the sticky navigation.
