Transparent Header R/L padding

Hello,
I'm working with the transparent header feature again. My row length is set at 1200px; I'd like the menu to extend out to that point. It's set to float right, and I'm not sure how to extend how far right it reaches. I've linked a quick screenshot showing what I mean.
