transparent header

Hello folks,
I am unable to understand how i can have followings:
1) Top-bar transparent with social icons in left and and menu at right
2) transparent header including primary navigation
3) solid background color for sticky header
4) solid background color for slideout navigation on mobile devices.
How i can achieve all 4, using generatepress premium and elementor pro.
Hope, anyone will help me.

1) Can you add the top bar in first? Then we should be able to use some CSS.
2) If you are using Elementor, this should help: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/merging-header-navigation-content/
3) I believe this is the layout you are going for: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-logo/
Once you complete 2) then we can use some CSS to change it.
4) Finish all of the above then we can help with the CSS at once :)
